Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of BidNorm's contractor material-procurement service.

1. Acceptance and authority
By accessing BidNorm, you agree to these terms. If you use BidNorm for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and that the organization also agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization administrators control membership and roles within their workspaces.
3. Permitted use
You may use BidNorm for lawful business procurement activities. You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, probe another customer's data or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
4. Customer content
You and your organization retain rights in content submitted to BidNorm. You grant BidNorm permission to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the requested service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.
5. Procurement decisions
BidNorm helps organize quantities, quotes, comparisons and records. Outputs may require human review and do not replace professional judgment. Your organization remains responsible for verifying source documents, approving quantities, selecting suppliers, issuing purchase orders and making contractual or financial commitments.
6. Third-party services
BidNorm relies on third-party hosting, authentication, workflow and document-processing services. Their availability may affect BidNorm. Google or Facebook sign-in is also subject to the provider's terms and account controls.
7. Service changes and suspension
We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or improve the service. We may restrict access for material violations, security threats or unlawful use. When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export organization data.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, BidNorm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. BidNorm is not responsible for supplier performance, project outcomes or decisions made from unverified data. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains governed by applicable law.
9. Privacy, termination and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices. You may stop using BidNorm at any time and may request account deletion through our Data Deletion Instructions. Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@bidnorm.ai.
