Delete it yourself, in the product

Signed in, open Settings. Account → Delete my account de-identifies your profile, deletes your sign-in including any Google or Facebook link, ends your sessions and removes you from every organization; you type your email address to confirm and the page that follows lists what was deleted and what was kept. An organization's owner can also use Organization → Delete this organization, which removes every record and every stored file under the organization; the owner types the organization's name to confirm. Both take effect immediately.

How to submit a request by email

If you can no longer sign in, or you want us to do it for you:

1. Email hello@bidnorm.ai from the email address associated with your BidNorm account.
2. Use the subject BidNorm Data Deletion Request and include your name and organization name. Do not send a password, OAuth token or other login credential.
3. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information needed to verify your identity and authority over the account.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete or de-identify the requesting user's BidNorm account profile, social-login identity links, active sessions and other personal information we control, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the establishment or defense of legal claims. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or within the period required by applicable law.

Organization records

Procurement documents, approvals, purchase orders and audit history belong to the customer organization rather than to an individual user. Those records remain in the organization's workspace after a user account is removed, with the user's direct identifiers replaced by a placeholder; audit entries keep a reference that no longer resolves to a person. An organization's owner can delete the whole organization from Settings, which removes every record in every table and every stored file, including audit history, and leaves members' accounts in place. Contact your organization's owner for requests concerning organization-controlled records.

Disconnecting a social account

You can remove BidNorm from your Google Account connections or Facebook Apps and Websites settings. This prevents future social sign-in through that connection, but it does not automatically delete the BidNorm account. Submit the email request above if you also want BidNorm-controlled personal information deleted.
